“My dog Boris is one of the difficult ones. He has OCD and is constantly causing new problems Dr. Scott has to solve. She is so patient with his craziness and her staff is so loving and kind. They make Boris feel like a king when he is there. Dr. Brown performed a surgery on him in April that could have been very scary since he has hemophilia but it went off without a hitch. “We were camping at Eldon Hazlet park and our dog was not feeling well. We called Carlyle Animal Hospital and even though they were booked solid and short staffed, they were able to fit him in, diagnose him, and treat him for pancreatitis. From the initial call to picking him up, the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and truly cared for Junior! The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. Dr. Thole was very friendly, thorough with diagnosis & kept us informed over the phone explaining everything in detail. When we picked him up the vet tech explained his medication and care thoroughly and it was evident how much she cared for Junior. It all helped to put our minds at ease during this anxious time of trying to find out what was wrong with our fur baby.
